"The Toronto Maple Leafs might look like they've finally been able to find a way to turn it around. That's thanks to Jack Campbell being back in the mix and likely taking over the starting goalie with Frederik Andersen dealing with an injury. Another player who's had a positive influence on and off the ice to help turn it around has been forward Zach Hyman. The Leafs' forward will become UFA after this season and is definitely looking at a pay raise on his current deal that carries a $2.25million cap hit. But what kind of raise?According to NHL insider Darren Dreger it's going to be pretty high and might price himself out of a future with the Leafs. Dreger reports that Hyman will likely be able to land a deal that sees him get an AAV of $5-5.5million. The insider adds that at that price range, his time in a Leafs' uniform is likely over after this season. The 28 year old currently has 20 points in 30 games which includes 11 goals and is coming off a season where he scored 21 goals in 51 games during the shortened 2019-20 season. Do you think this is Hyman's last season in a Leafs' uniform?
