The Toronto Maple Leafs came away with a victory on Thursday against the Buffalo Sabres, but they might have lost one of their toughest players. Leo Komarov and William Nylander collided during the game and it lead to Komarov being helped off the ice. While head coach Mike Babcock wasn't too worried about Komarov saying he saw him walking around, it's rare to see the Leafs forward need to be helped off the ice. TSN's Darren Dreger reports that Komarov will have an MRI to make sure there was no damage done to his knee/thigh after the colliding with Nylander on Thursday. More to come.
Leo Komarov will have an MRI today to determine if there is any damage to knee/thigh after odd collision last night. — Darren Dreger (@DarrenDreger) March 16, 2018
