"The Toronto Maple Leafs hit the ice for the first time for practice with their new head coach Sheldon Keefe. One of Keefe's first order of business was switching up the team's power play units. The high powered Leafs currently rank in the bottom half of the league for the power play and 18th overall. Somebody who was supposed to be a big factor on the power play was Tyson Barrie but former head coach Mike Babcock didn't really give him a chance. Keefe is looking to correct that as Barrie joined Morgan Rielly on the team's top unit beside William Nylander, Auston Matthews and John Tavares. Jason Spezza found himself on the team's second unit wiith Jake Muzzin, Kasperi Kapanen, Alexander Kerfoot and Andreas Johnsson. His five on five lines mostly stayed the same with some minor tweaks and Keefe rolled with Babcock's latest defensive pairings. Here's a look at how everything looked at practice. Johnsson - Matthews - Nylander
Mikheyev - Tavares - Hyman
Kerfoot - Spezza - Kapanen
Engvall - Gauthier - Petan
Timashov, Shore
Rielly - Ceci
Muzzin - Holl
