All eyes are on the Ottawa Senators right now for all the wrong reasons. Don Cherry even suggested on Hockey Night in Canada that the team move to Quebec City. With that being said, the Senators are like a ticking time bomb waiting to blow up when it comes to their roster. Sens GM Pierre Dorion is expected to dump some major contracts between now and the deadline and superstar defenseman Erik Karlsson might be one of them. Kevin Allen of USA Today broke down exactly what it's expected to cost to land Karlsson which includes a package made up of a young defenseman, a young centre, a first round pick, a second round pick and possibly another prospect. With that in mind he mentions if the Toronto Maple Leafs were to trade for Karlsson, it would take 2017 first round pick Timothy Liljegren, William Nylander, multiple draft picks and another prospect. That would be quite the haul for the Sens, however landing Karlsson would be quite the talent boost on the Leafs blue line. Would you be willing to give up a haul like that to land Karlsson?
