The Toronto Maple Leafs are in Pittsburgh tonight for their second meeting with the Penguins tonight. The Leafs got two goals from Tyler Bozak along with goals from James van Riemsdyk and Connor Brown in a 4-3 victory in their first contest. Mike Babcock held an optional skate this morning that was attended by defense Jake Gardiner, who missed Friday's morning skate after leaving Wednesday's win over the Columbus Blue Jackets. He confirmed after today's skate that he is good to go and will play tonight.
Tonight's game will feature two of the hottest teams in the league. The Leafs have five straight wins and are 9-1-0 over their last 10 games while the Penguins have won three in a row and are 8-1-1 over their last 10 games. They are also undefeated in their last 10 games on home ice.
