William Nylander Sets New Swedish Record.

"Toronto Maple Leafs' forward William Nylander received some slack for his play after his holdout. However Nylander had to do what he had to do as a player for his future but only getting back into action in December some struggles were expected. His play in the playoffs though was extremely disappointing and he should have been all cylinders go during the Leafs' series against the Bruins. Nylander registered just three points which included one goal during the seven game series. On the other hand, Nylander has looked completely dominant and one of the best hockey players in the world during IIHF World Championships as he leads the tournament with 18 points in eight games. Two more points than Russia's Nikita Kucherov and Czech forward Jakub Voracek who both have 16. In the process Nylander has set a new single tournament World Championships point record for Team Sweden. Check out the play where he broke the record in the video below:
