The latest on Brad Marchand ahead of Bruins/Panthers Game 6
Bruins captain Brad Marchand was back on the ice this morning for the first time since the infamous sucker punch from Florida Panthers forward Sam Bennett.
Marchand was injured during Game 3 against the Panthers, as he exited the game with an upper-body injury after a punch to the head from Sam Bennett appeared to ring his bell.
The Bruins captain was seen taking reps on the 2nd line with forwards Charlie Coyle and Trent Frederic.
Marchand has been a huge contributor for the Bruins this postseason putting up an impressive 10 points in 10 games.
Marchand is the unquestionable leader in the Bruins' locker room, so having him back in time for Game 6 would be enormous.
While some of Marchand's antics are often frowned upon, every single team would love to have him if he was made available. He was built for the playoffs.
Will the potential return of Marchand be enough for the Bruins to comeback and win the series against Florida? Let us know in the poll below!
