September 17th is a popular birthdate in Toronto, with Sheldon Keefe, Auston Matthews and Michael Bunting all celebrating their birthdays on Saturday.

While we can't speak to what Keefe may have done for his birthday weekend, we can confirm that Matthews and Bunting celebrated together at Canada's Wonderland in Toronto.

The Buds are all back in town now and what better way to cap off the summer than with some fun and games before what should be a challenging training camp?

Matthews and Bunting should be in line to resume top line duties along with Mitch Marner once again this season. The trio was formidable last year and will no doubt look to pick up right where they left off, filling the net seemingly at will.
