Auston Matthews snubs adult fans looking for an autograph, but stops to sign jerseys for kids

For a megastar like Auston Matthews, I'm sure he often can't walk very far without having someone approach him for a photo or an autograph. I'm sure it gets old having to detour away from what he's doing to appease the fans, but hey - that's the price you pay when you're a hockey icon living and playing in Canada.

On Wednesday, Matthews and his teammates were in Gravenhurst for the end of camp team trip, practicing and preparing for their final two preseason games this weekend. The reigning Hart Trophy winner was saw a group of people hanging out and waiting for an autograph outside of the arena before he left and while he appeared to have no interest whatsoever in signing jerseys for the adults present, he did take the time to autograph a few jerseys for the kids.

It's not a great feeling, getting snubbed, but at least #34 was all about making the kids' day! Maybe next time, dad!
