Monday night saw the Colorado Avalanche beat the Edmonton Oilers in overtime to complete the sweep in the Western Conference Final and advance to the Stanley Cup Final. It was a dominant performance from the Avs, who appear intent on ending Tampa's two-year reign as Champs, should they get past the Rangers.

Not only did the Avs dominate the Oilers on the ice, but one Avs fan completely owned the Edmonton Oilers' official Twitter account as well. The fan tweeted at the Oilers saying his son Owen was a big fan and was hoping to get him a jersey. The Oilers actually responded and appeared amenable to sending him a jersey for his son. When the Oilers asked for his name, the response they got brought them to the realization that they had just fell for it, hook, line and sinker. "Owen-Four".

It didn't take long for the Oilers to delete their tweet or for the Avs fan's account to me suspended or removed unfortunately, but the internet never forgets and thanks to the power of the almighty screenshot, this moment has been immortalized.
