Brayden Point appears to pull Justin Holl's hair during scrum at the end of the first period
Well, here's a new one.. At the end of the first period, just after the horn went off, Tampa Bay winger Alex Killorn went after Leafs defender Justin Holl and attempted to deliver a late hit to end the period. Obviously, Holl did not like the play and a scrum ensued.
Holl went after Killorn, but was intercepted by Bolts defenseman Erik Cernak, who clearly wanted a fight. During that exchange, you can see Brayden Point reach out and grab Holl by the hair/helmet as well.
This is some school yard, bush league stuff from Point, who certainly should have been called for unsportsmanlike conduct there. Thankfully, the official did penalize Cernak after several warnings, so the Leafs began the second period with a power play.
