With the Toronto Maple Leafs up 1-0 in the first period, defenseman Ilya Lyubushkin took a high-sticking penalty that very well could have been a costly one were it not for a stellar Leafs penalty kill.

How did Lyubushkin return the favour? Well, he hopped out of the penalty box and right into the play and set up this Colin Blackwell goal with an absolutely perfect pass, threading the needle across the slot.

The alternate angle shows not only the patience of Lyubushkin, but also Blackwell reading the play very well. Great setup, nice finish.
