Crosby and Marner chat about Sid's first All-Star Game, playing with Leafs President Brendan Shanahan and Alex Ovechkin
Mitch Marner had the rare opportunity this weekend to share a car with Sidney Crosby to the rink for this year's All-Star festivities. During one of their trips to the rink, Crosby shared a story with Marner about his first time at the All-Star Game.
At his first All-Star Game, Crosby said he played on a line with Alexander Ovechkin and current Leafs' President Brendan Shanahan. He wasn't thrilled with his performance as he jokingly said that every time his line scored he was nowhere to be found. He didn't register a point on goals scored by Ovechkin or Shanahan.
The funniest part of this clip however is how Crosby attempts to avoid laughing and smiling at Marner after he notices Marner spilled his coffee all over himself and was licking it off of his phone. Oh Mitchy.. we can't take you anywhere nice!
