Current Leaf very high on newly-acquired winger Dryden Hunt; Leafs reveal what number Hunt will wear this season

The Leafs acquired left winger Dryden Hunt yesterday in a trade with the Colorado Avalanche, just two months after the Avs claimed him off waivers from the Rangers. However, before his time in New York, Hunt spent a season in Arizona, playing with none other than current Leafs winger Michael Bunting.

Bunting seems to have some hope for Hunt's time with the Leafs:

Although Leafs fans will have to wait and see Hunt with a Maple Leaf on his chest, Bunting is looking forward to it.

It has been confirmed that Hunt will wear the number 20 with the Leafs and will likely have an immediate place in the bottom six. But there has yet to be a word about when he will play his first game with the team.
