Injured winger appears likely to return against the Golden Knights on Tuesday
There appears to be some good news coming out of Maple Leafs practice on Monday, as injured forward Ondrej Kase was back on the ice with his teammates at T-Mobile Arena in Vegas donning a blue jersey as opposed to grey, which would indicate that he could play on Tuesday.
Kase has been out since last week after suffering an injury during a pre-practice workout in the gym. the Czech forward has been skating over the last few days, but this is the first time he's skated with the regulars since before his injury.
In addition to a Kase return looking probable, it appears as though the 26-year-old will line up next to Auston Matthews and Michael Bunting, with Kerfoot returning to his usual spot alongside John Tavares and William Nylander.
Kase has appeared in 28 games for the Buds this season, notching 8 goals and 8 assists for 16 points and carrying a +4 rating on the season with 12 penalty minutes.
