Joe Bowen's hilarious play call on Engvall and Mikheyev's 2-on-0 for the empty netter
First and foremost, a huge shoutout to our friend @LeafsJelly for combining the Joe Bowen play calls over the video feeds for Leafs highlights. With that out of the way, he provided the Twitterverse with an absolute gem of a play call by Bowen and Jim Ralph on the Pierre Engvall/Ilya Mikheyev 2-on-0 that ended with the 4-2 goal and a very important insurance marker with the Bolts pushing hard to tie the game late.
Mikheyev added a second empty-netter with just a few seconds remaining, again off of a feed from Pierre Engvall. Mickey owes Engvall a couple of steak dinners!
