Rasmus Sandin has been ruled out of tonight's contest due to «illness» as per sources. It is not known at this time as to whether or not it is COVID-related, but it could be related to the bug that was spreading throughout the locker room this past week.

Meanwhile Ondrej Kase remains out of the line-up due to an upper body injury and will reportedly undergo further testing. Kase was a full participant in practice on Friday, so perhaps he suffered some sort of an unfortunate setback.

Nick Robertson earns a promotion and will slot in on the second line with captain John Tavares and William Nylander. Let's hope the youngster can help spark some offence and get JT out of his goal scoring slump.

The Buds play host to the Vancouver Canucks on Saturday night at Scotiabank Arena, with the puck expected to drop shortly after 7:00pm ET.
