Kreider rips a tablet out of Zibanejad's hands and smashes it out of frustration on the bench
The New York Rangers went into Pittsburgh for Game 6, down 3-2 in their round one series against the Pens and came away with a massive win to force a final and deciding Game 7 on Sunday.
While the game ended on a high note for the Rangers, it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows and there was certainly some friction on the bench between center Mika Zibanejad and winger Chris Kreider.
Following a play in which Zibanejad missed on a breakaway attempt, Zibanejad and Kreider made their way back to the bench, with Zibanejad calling for a tablet to review his missed attempt. Kreider wasn't having any of it, swiping the tablet from the hands of Zibanejad and spiking it on the ground.
All Zibanejad could do at that point was give his head a quick shake, grab a drink, roll his eyes and look skyward. Clearly Kreider has no interest in getting hung up on the last shift. He's only thinking about the next one.
