Even the most casual of Leafs fans already knows the answer for number one. It seems like every game the cameras catch Michael Bunting verbally abusing opponents.
Now, even though Bunting clearly talks the most, he may not be the Leafs *best* trash talker.
Brodie's comments aside, the reactions Bunting gets from opponents are clear proof that he is in fact the team's best trash talker. Interestingly, Mitch Marner's name came up almost as often as Bunting's
As a veteran of over 1000 games and one of the league's toughest customers, Simmonds knows a thing or two about good old fashioned chirping. His name came up as well, of course. The scary part about getting into a war of words with Simmonds is how quickly it can become a war of fists instead. Of all the players on the Leafs, Simmonds is the one guy who's bad side I's be avoiding.
Honourable mention goes to Mark Giordano as well, but he reportedly saves most of his best chirps for his teammates.
