Was it too many men? Was it missed by officials? That depends who you ask. Jon Cooper thought it was and could hardly speak in his post-game media availability about it. Though, he may simply have been trying to avoid a hefty fine for criticizing the officials.

Cooper and the Bolts should know how it feels to score with extra bodies on the ice. Remember last year when Tampa scored in Game 2 against the Islanders with 7 guys on the ice? Cooper didn't say anything about that missed call though.

After Cooper made his comments, Nazem Kadri took to the podium for Avalanche media availability and was asked about the goal and Cooper's comments. Kadri, who returned well ahead of schedule from a broke thumb to score the overtime winner, kept his answer short, delivering a very clear message to Cooper. "The puck hit the back of the net, end of story."

With the win, the Avs are just one win away from their first Stanley Cup win since 2001.
