In terms of lineup decisions, Sheldon Keefe appears to like what he saw from his lineup on Monday against Tampa, as he is rolling out the same line combinations, with Matthew Knies up top with Matthews and Marner, Bertuzzi remaining on the second line, Robertson reprising his role as 3LW next to Domi and Jarnkrok, who is fresh off of a 2-goal performance, and Ryan Reaves remains in the lineup with his usual line 4 linemates.

One surprise that is worth mentioning is that the injured Conor Timmins finally returned to practice on Wednesday, which could indicate that he's not too far off. Sheldon Keefe stated after practice that Timmins is not going to play this week or on the upcoming trip to Sweden, but his presence at practice is encouraging nonetheless.
McCabe, Lajoie and Timmins all skated as extras on Wednesday, which means that the Benoit/Lagesson tandem that played pretty well in Tampa will get another crack at it tonight against Ottawa.

As of this point, Keefe has not named a starting goalie, so it could be either of Samsonov or Woll - though it bears mentioning that Samsonov was on for extra work with Curtis Sanford, Nik Antropov and Shane Doan, so Woll likely gets the nod tonight.
