We are all well aware of the Hockey Canada scandals that have been in the headlines for several months, stemming from incidents that occurred in 2003 and 2018. During an interview on Thursday on media day with current NHLer Drake Batherson, who was a member of the 2018 Canadian World Junior team, the Ottawa Senator offered very little information on the situation - and very little emotion as well.

"I'm cooperating with the investigation and, out of respect for the person involved, I won't be making any further comment."

-Batherson on the 2018 Team Canada WJC sexual assault allegations and relating investigation

While it's good to hear that he's cooperating with the investigation, when asked separately by Claire Hanna of TSN about the culture in hockey and where it's currently at, Batherson had this to say:

"I'm living the dream. I can't complain. We've got a great dressing room in there. I'm having a blast every day."

-Batherson on hockey culture in his mind

Talk about not reading the room. That's probably not the best answer when you're involved in an investigation about a scandal like the 2018 SA case.
