Social media is having a field day with Landeskog's controversial comment about drugs
Colorado Avalanche captain Gabriel Landeskog has broken the internet after a poor choice of words in his post-game media session on Tuesday.
"Once you start winning -- I don't do a lot of drugs -- but I can imagine it's like a drug," Landeskog told the media in Colorado, following a 3-2 shootout loss to the Arizona Coyotes on Tuesday.
In the short time between the time the comment was made and now, fans on Twitter were sent into a frenzy, taking Landeskog's words and running with them.
I can imagine that Landeskog, a native of Stockholm, Sweden, will be asked to elaborate on his comment sooner than later. In the meantime, the fan interaction is hilarious.
