When it comes to the teams who may be willing to pay the steep price, TSN's Darren Dreger revealed on Saturday afternoon that both the Boston Bruins and St. Louis Blues are making a hard push to acquire Lindholm.
If the Bruins find a way to add Lindholm, it will mean that each of the Leafs' Atlantic Division competitors will have made at least one significant move, while the Leafs have yet to make a move before the deadline - unless you count the acquisition of Ilya Lyubushkin last month.
Some other players that the Leafs have been linked to in the past include Vancouver's J.T. Miller, Arizona's Jakob Chychrun and Seattle's Mark Giordano.
There's still time for the Buds to make a bold move, but by all appearances, Dubas and company are looking at potentially just one more move before Monday's deadline, unless they can move out some salary.
