"The Toronto Maple Leafs were back on the ice for practice today fresh off their 7-3 beatdown of the Vancouver Canucks. Unfortunately they were without one of their defenseman today at practice and they'll be without him again tomorrow night for Game 2 of their three game series against the Canucks. Head coach Sheldon Keefe confirmed that Travis Dermott will not play tomorrow after leaving last night's game and missing today's practice. He also confirmed that despite Rasmus Sandin's recent complaints about playing time, it'll be Mikko Lehtonen that jumps into the lineup. When asked about the decision Keefe's answer was straight to the point «Right now, it's Mikko's time.»More details on the extent of Dermott's injury to come.
