"Dominic Moore signed a one year deal with the Toronto Maple Leafs last season and was expected to challenge for the fourth line center role. He ended up playing 50 games and registered six goals six assists, however after the Leafs added Tomas Plekanec at the trade deadline didn't get much love. He ended up playing two playoff games but didn't register any points. The 38 year old wasn't able to land a new contract from the Leafs or any other NHL team yet this season so he looked elsewhere. Moore signed a contract with the ZSC Lions of the Swiss NLA for the rest of the season.
