"The Toronto Maple Leafs are back on the ice tonight as they'll close out their three game series against the Vancouver Canucks. Unfortunately they won't be joined by forward Wayne Simmonds who head coach Sheldon Keefe confirmed today has a fractured wrist and will be out six weeks. While Joe Thornton was back on the ice and doing line rushes, he's not eligible to come off IR just yet. That means there will be one happy Maple Leafs' defenseman as Keefe confirmed the team will go 11 forwards and 7 defensemen with Rasmus Sandin making his debut. Frederik Andersen will of course get the start as the Leafs try for the three game sweep against the Canucks. Keefe wouldn't confirm if Jimmy Vesey would get the bump to the second line however it's more than likely. Here's a look at tonight's projected lineup:Hyman-Matthews-Marner Vesey-Tavares-Nylander Barabanov-Kerfoot-Mikheyev Boyd-Spezza Rielly-Brodie Muzzin-Holl Lehtonen-Bogosian Sandin Andersen "
