The Toronto Maple Leafs appear to have narrowed down their potential 1st round pick to one of 6 players.

The Leafs have the 23rd overall pick in the up-coming entry draft. It is hard to say who will be available at number 23 at the draft, as nobody can be sure what the teams ahead of the Leafs will do. However, if it was up to the Leafs, they'd select one of the 6 prospects mentioned below.
First player on the list, is U.S. National Development Team prospect, Cole Eiserman. Eiserman is a true-goal scorer, that has been projected all over the map in potential draft lists. If he can fall to the Leafs, it would be an absolute steal as he contributed 25 goals in 24 GP last season.
Next player on the list, also from the U.S. National Development team is big stay at home defender EJ Emery. Emery is the prototype stay at home defender coming in to the draft at the height of 6'3". This type of player is one the Leafs have been lacking in recent years.
Another player mentioned, is the Norwegian defender Stian Solberg. He is known for playing with high energy, and a calm essence that shows he's mentally ready to suit up for the NHL. He also saw his stock increase during the IIHF tournament earlier this year.
Let's talk about the first WHL player on this list, in Andrew Basha. Basha threw up 85 points in 63 games for the Medicine Hat Tigers of the WHL last season. He seems like a solid pick, who has been proven he can produce.
The only Swede on the list is Lucas Pettersson. The centerman suited up in a few games for MODO of the SweHL last season, proving he can play with grown men already. He also amassed an impressive 57 points in 44 games of the Swe-Jr MODO team last season.
Lastly let's talk about Jack Pridham of the West Kelowna Warriors of the BCHL. Pridham put up an impressive 48 points in 54 games, and finished 10th in the league in goals. He is a very viable option for the Leafs at 23rd overall.
The NHL Entry draft is later this month, and with all the rumblings around Leaf land, it's safe to say it will be a busy weekend for the blue and white.
