Brian Kula, the owner and CEO of Kula Sports Performance, took to Instagram to post a quick montage of Domi's workouts at their state of the art gym based out of Centennial, Colorado.
It was relayed with the following caption:
They have trained athletes like San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey and Winnipeg Jets defenseman Josh Morrissey and on their website, Kula Sports Performance's message reads as follows:
Domi can be seen doing a variety of workouts and different movements to not only enhance his strength but also his mobility, agility, an endurance. It's been a common trend this off-season but several Maple Leafs players have taken their training to the next level, including captain John Tavares who recently talked about extending his career through a new cutting-edge recovery method.
Domi will look to establish himself with the Maple Leafs heading into the 2024-25 season after signing a 4-year extension earlier this summer. He's moved around a lot over the last few seasons with pit stops in Columbus, Carolina, Chicago, Dallas, and Toronto since 2021-22 but has seemingly finally found his forever-home in Toronto after signing his extension.
He finished the 2023-24 season with 9 goals and 47 points in 80 games and had 20 points in his last 25 games. He also set a career-high with 118 PIMs, and added 4 points in 7 post-season contests.
