The Toronto Maple Leafs registered an important win last night as they stretched their lead on the Montreal Canadiens to three points. The team is hanging on and barring any massive injury, the Leafs should make the playoffs. With that in mind, Leafs' general manager Kyle Dubas will look to make some more additions on top of landing defenseman Jake Muzzin. Before he does any of that though, Dubas wants to get the Auston Matthews extension finalized and according to one insider it's pretty much done. Bob McKenzie said it'll come this week while appearing on Leafs Lunch. «Bottom line, barring any sort of adverse development, it could be done in the next day or two or three.» Can't wait to see what the numbers are.
