There was a bit of drama in Leafs' land when William Nylander was left off the training camp list of players. Speculation rose that the two parties were vary far apart, however that doesn't look to be the case. Leafs general manager Kyle Dubas stated on "Leafs Lunch" that the team is looking to sign a long term deal with Nylander and not looking at a bridge deal. This could explain the hesitation to get it done immediately and make sure it's done properly instead, ensuring both parties are happy. Are you happy to hear that the Leafs are looking to sign Nylander long term?
