"What a crazy start to Jason Spezza's start with the Toronto Maple Leafs. It might end before he ever plays a game. In a pretty shocking surprise earlier today, Jason Spezza was left off the starting lineup and made a healthy scratch for tonight's home opener against one of his former teams. It's the first time in Spezza's career he's been scratched during a home opener. Now Chris Johnston of Sportsnet reports that "there's speculation Jason Spezza doesn't participate in the traditional introduction of players in the lineup."Imagine Babcock has pushed Spezza off the Leafs?
