Rich Clune bids a heartfelt farewell to Toronto in recent statement

Former Toronto Maple Leaf and Toronto Marlie Rich Clune joined the Anaheim Ducks as an assistant coach this week after a decade with the Leafs organization as a player and coach.
After retiring at the end of the 2021-2022 season, Clune, who was loved by his teammates, joined the Leafs as a player development coach before joining the Toronto Marlies as an assistant coach in November this past season. Clune took to social media to thank the Leafs organization for the last 10 years.

Clune helped the Marlies win the Calder Cup in 2018 and skated in a total of 593 career AHL games scoring 57 goals with 151 points along with 1,607 penalty minutes. the former third-round pick of the Dallas Stars also skated in 139 career NHL games.
