Ex-Maple Leaf Jack Campbell embarks upon a serious lifestyle change
Ahead of his first season with the Detroit Red Wings, former Leafs goalie Jack Campbell has taken a huge step in his personal life.
Former Maple Leaf goalie Jack Campbell tied the knot last week, as he and his fiancée, Ashley Sonnenberg, officially got married on July 13th in an undisclosed resort south of the border.

After a horrendous run with the Edmonton Oilers, Campbell is looking to rejuvenate his career with the Red Wings after being bought out this summer. Campbell split time with the Oilers (5GP) and their AHL affiliate the Bakersfield Condors (33GP), in the 2023-24 season.
The former Maple Leafs goalie joins a loaded Red Wings crease that boasts the likes of Ville Husso, Alex Lyon and Cam Talbot. Unfortunately, the three goalies mentioned here are currently all safer options than Campbell, as last season, Campbell was completely unplayable at the NHL level.
As Campbell and his new wife take a step forward on their journey in life, we can only hope that Campbell also takes a step forward from his rocky tenure with the Oilers.
