To say the Blues were pissed at Nazem Kadri last night after he ran into Jordan Binnington would be an understatement. Following last night's 5-2 loss, Blues head coach Craig Berube let his frustrations be known, drawing attention to Kadri's playoff history.

When asked if Kadri running into Binnington was intentional post game, Berube said "look at his reputations, that's all I've got to say." It's clear that Berube is referring to Kadri's 3 suspensions in the past 4 playoffs and believes that Kadri should see some sort of supplemental discipline. For those of you keeping track, Kadri has been suspended 6 times totalling 16 playoff games and 11 regular season game. Of course, that's a coach's job in defending his players, but if you watch the replay, Kadri had no chance to avoid contact with Binnington and was going for the rebound.

it would be surprising to see anything from player safety with regards to a hearing for Kadri today, given the play, but we all know that they are anything but consistent over there.
