That's not to mention the four jerseys thrown on the ice.
The Canucks' only goal last night was scored by Conor Garland, which comes only two games after head coach Bruce Boudreau decided to sit him as a healthy scratch against the Columbus Blue Jackets.
Garland finished off his first year with the Canucks last season with 52 points in 77 games played. No one is arguing that he is one of the team's best guys. That's why fans found it very odd that he was a healthy scratch just four games into the season and thought the decision may have boiled down to Garland's relationship with Boudreau.
Garland's contract with the Canucks takes him through to the 2025-2026 season, but given how things seem to be going, it's hard to say for sure whether he will be in Vancouver until then or not. The Canucks take on Carolina at home tomorrow in hopes of their first win this season.
