Adding Bertuzzi would not only replace the grittiness from
Michael Bunting, but would add more toughness as well. Bertuzzi was traded from Detroit to Boston at the deadline and had 10 points in 7 playoff games with the Bruins after posting 30 points in 50 regular season games. Bertuzzi is reportedly seeking a contract that would pay him somewhere around $6M per season and while that seems like a lot given his injury history, he is the type of player every team covets come playoff time.
