Morgan Rielly started tonight's game with an assist on Alexander Kerfoot's opening goal, but he has also made his physical presence felt tonight by lowering the boom on Panthers' forward Anthony Duclair.

Duclair was caught by Rielly admiring a pass at center ice before he was sent thunderously into boards. Rielly has had the best playoff performance of his career so far and with hits like these increasing in frequency from Rielly, it would appear as though he has added another important element to his game.

Playing with Luke Schenn sure is rubbing off on Rielly - but in the best way! Schenn has added a stable, physical, defensive presence next to Rielly that has allowed him to focus more on playing his game and not worrying so much about having to be the first guy back every single time he jumps up into the rush. Not only that, but Schenn has brought out a more physical side in Rielly seemingly because Rielly feels safer on the ice with Schenn and, I mean, who wouldn't?
