It's pretty commonplace for NHLers to get together in the back before a road game and play a little keep-up with a soccer ball to get loose. We've seen a number of soccer balls stuck in ducts and pipes and we've seen quite a few broken ceiling tiles over the years, but what happened between Morgan Rielly and Ryan Reaves on Saturday is not something you see too often.

Before Saturday's game in Nashville, Ryan Reaves, Morgan Rielly and about 5 or 6 other Leafs were spotted in the back at Bridgestone Arena playing some keep-up with the Leafs' social media team keeping a camera on the action. Thank goodness they did, because they happened to capture Morgan Rielly nailing Ryan Reaves in the pills with the ball. Reaves remained on the floor for a bit after the incident, which is entirely understandable if you've ever been hit below the belt before.

Perhaps the funniest part about this was Rielly accusing Reaves of "milking it" as the boys shared a laugh at Reavo's expense.

The Leafs ended up losing the game 3-2 in OT, but picked up a valuable point to close out their 5-game road trip. The Buds managed to go 3-1-1 on their trip, coming home with 7 of a possible 10 points. Not too shabby, all things considered.
