As we all know, Reaves signed a 3-year deal with the Maple Leafs on the first day of free agency, which carries a $1.35M cap hit. At 36 years of age, his best days are certainly behind him, but he can still crash and bang with the best of them and provide the Leafs with some of what they need lower down in the lineup.
Reaves recently made an appearance on the Missin Curfew podcast and shared a crazy story about the time he took things a little too far and actually got into a physical altercation with his former head coach, Ken Hitchcock in St. Louis. If the story doesn't have you raising your eyebrows a bit, his Hitchcock impression will surely give you a good chuckle.
The funniest part about all of this is that there seemed to be no real repercussions for Reavo following this incident. Whether he just scared the daylights out of Hitchcock or that both knew they had crossed a line with one another is unknown. However, it's a pretty funny story nonetheless.
