"He was the center of attention for weeks and weeks thanks to his contract dispute. With all that behind him now, Toronto Maple Leafs forward William Nylander is trying to get things going, however it hasn't worked out yet. Nylander has bounced up and down the lineup and now plays with Auston Matthews and Andreas Johnsson on the team's second line. However after 14 games, Nylander only has three points including one goal so far since his return. An explosion in production is probably coming, however it's not happening yet and it's not good enough. "He's got to get better. All the details, the compete, all that stuff. Just has to keep getting better. He will, the more he plays, but the urgency level has to be there for sure." head coach Mike Babcock said after last night's game.
Do you think that Nylander is still trying to catch up or should he be ready to go after 14 games?
