The NHL have just announced the head coaches that will be behind the benches for the upcoming All-Star game that will be held in Florida. Bruce Cassidy of the Vegas Golden Knights will be representing the Pacific Division, Jim Montgomery of the Boston Bruins will be representing the Atlantic Division, Rod Brind'Amour of the Carolina Hurricanes will be representing the Metropolitan Division, and Pete DeBoer of the Dallas Stars will be representing the Central Division.

The Vegas Golden Knights are currently in first place of the Pacific Division with 56 points, the Boston Bruins lead the Atlantic Division and the NHL with 68 points, the Carolina Hurricanes are ahead of the pack in the Metropolitan Division with 57 points, and the Dallas Stars are tops of the Central Division with 56 points.

There's an interesting link between 3 of the 4 coaches as Julian McKenzie's tweet best represents the situation:

"So, the Bruins head coach will be there with the previous Bruins head coach who is now the Golden Knights head coach, who will also be there with the previous Golden Knights head coach who is now with Stars head coach, who will also be there a previous Stars head coach."

He is of course referring to Montgomery who is currently with Boston, who will be there with the previous Bruins coach in Cassidy who is now the Golden Knights bench boss, who will be there with DeBoer who was once the Golden Knights coach but now with the Stars who once had Montgomery behind their bench.... and then you have Brind'Amour
