The Toronto Maple Leafs have been coming together over the last two seasons and John Tavares has really helped put the team over the top. It's been a great thing to watch and entertainment that Leafs' fans haven't seen in a very long time. Last night John Tavares and Mitch Marner did something a pair of Leafs' haven't done in almost 20 years. Marner and Tavares became the first Leaf teammates with 70+ points since Mats Sundin and Alex Mogilny 16 years ago! What makes it even better is that there's a high chance they won't be the only ones with both Auston Matthews and Morgan Rielly having great season.
