This season, Morgan Reilly was the recipient of a very cool gift from WWE Superstar, Adam "Edge" Copeland, in the form of a Toronto Maple Leafs championship belt. The belt is passed from player to player following every win to the guy who is deemed by the previous champion to be the "Player of the Game". The belt has made its rounds all year long and has even shown up to the post-game media scrum, thanks to Ilya Samsonov. There have been plenty of deserving recipients over the course of the season, but perhaps none more meaningful than its latest recipient.

Following a 7-1 routing of the Leafs' archrival Montreal Canadiens, Alexander Kerfoot, the previous belt holder, chose to pass it off to veteran forward and heart & soul Leafs player, Wayne Simmonds, after what could have been his final home game in a Leafs uniform. The moment was a heartwarming one and, thankfully, was captured on the latest "Leaf Blueprint".

Simmonds may not be the true impact player and 30-goal scorer that he once was, but he does lay it all on the line each and every night that he draws into the lineup. He's not just a player who simply serves his purpose - The Wayne Train is a highly-respected member of the Leafs' locker room and you can tell just how much these guys love him. It's going to be a sad day when he and the Leafs finally part ways, which will likely be this summer.
